HASHNOTES — PRIVACY POLICY & DATA SAFETY DISCLOSURES Last Updated: May 2026 1. DATA COLLECTION HashNotes does not harvest, track, or sell user metrics. All app operations are performed locally on your device. The application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or note content to external third-party databases or servers. 2. CLOUD SYNCHRONIZATION When using the optional cloud sync feature, the app securely transmits notebook files via encrypted HTTPS channels directly to your personal Google Drive API endpoints. This sync connection runs purely client-side between your device and Google's servers. 3. ACCOUNT & CLOUD DATA DELETION HashNotes processes data ephemerally during live synchronization transfers. Users retain complete control over their cloud footprint. Since the app do not hold user accounts or data records on private servers, you do not need to request backend deletion. To completely wipe your data data from your cloud backup, simply open the app and tap 'Disconnect Google Account', or manually delete the hidden sandbox application folder directly within your Google Drive console configuration panel.
